Who are Great Speech Writing?
We are a team of writers, coaches and managers who help our clients communicate better. Our core business involves writing and editing speeches for individuals (for private and professional purposes). We work with clients around the world and operate from our UK office based in Highgate, London. As well as writing speeches, we also provide consultancy services, delivery coaching and help with all types of written communication.
‘Great Speech Writing’ is a trading name of our registered company: ‘Brand New Thinking Limited’.
What information do we collect?
To work with you effectively, we will need your name and other contact details like email address, telephone number and your physical address. We will also record information on the type of speech you enquired about and its date. We use our CRM systems to then record our interactions with you like phone calls, meetings and emails. We also keep a copy of the work we do for you as a point of reference for future collaboration with you and as evidence of the work undertaken.
How we use your information
We use the information about you to help us provide you with the best possible service. If you have particular strengths or weaknesses as a communicator these are crucial in ensuring we can pick-up our relationship where we left off. Your contact details ensure we don’t need to ask you the same questions twice and that we can get respond to your messages and get in touch when required.
Who we share your information with
Your personal information is only accessible to those members of the Great Speech Writing team with password access to our client management system. Your past work is available to all our team and is also password-protected. We have never and will never share your details with any third party suppliers.
How we keep your information safe and secure?
Our entire business is built on privacy and discretion. Your entire relationship with us is a secret between us – we assume that you want to keep your speech writer under wraps! Online privacy and security is crucial to this and we take it extremely seriously. We use a variety of the latest technologies and procedures to protect your personal information from unauthorised access, destruction, use or disclosure. All data is stored in a CRM database, and only Great Speech Writing employees based at our London office have access to this data. No employee apart from an administrator can export or delete your information.
Your rights to the data we hold about you
If at any stage you need to ask us any question about the data we hold about you, or wish to be removed from our database, please email firstname.lastname@example.org.
How long do we keep your information for?
We’ll keep your personal information for as long as required to provide the services you’ve signed up to. We may also keep it to comply with our legal obligations, resolve any disputes and enforce our rights. These reasons can vary from one piece of information to the next and depend on the products or services you’re signed up to, so the amount of time we keep your personal information for may vary. In all cases, our need to use your personal information will be reassessed on a regular basis, and information which is no longer required for any purposes will be disposed of.
